Terms of Service
Last updated:
These Terms govern your use of the invy.fi API and website, including the account dashboard and the API at its former address, invy.bot (together, the "Service"), operated by Prodscape Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
invy.fi is a paid, read-only API that retrieves cryptocurrency wallet token holdings — including coins, NFTs, and price data — across Ethereum, Solana, and EVM-compatible blockchains (Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, and others). On request, it also returns estimated cost basis and unrealized gain or loss for the coins a wallet holds, and a wallet's transaction history. Data is sourced from on-chain records and third-party providers including CoinGecko, Alchemy, Moralis, and Helius. The Service provides data only. We do not hold, transfer, or have access to any funds or tokens referenced in API responses.
Accounts are optional. With an account, you can pay by card using API keys, and use the dashboard to manage your API keys, billing, and monthly spend cap and to view your usage.
2. API Access
The Service is designed for programmatic access by automated systems, including AI agents, bots, and other software. There are two ways to access the API: (a) without an account or API key, paying for each request over x402 (see Section 3); or (b) with an account and an API key, sent in the X-Api-Key request header, with usage billed to your card.
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all usage under them. If a key may have been exposed, revoke it in the dashboard. We may suspend or revoke API keys or accounts for abuse, for violation of these Terms, or for non-payment.
We may impose rate limits or usage controls at any time without notice. Exceeding limits may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access.
3. Payment
Pay per request (x402). Without an API key, payment is per-request via the x402 protocol using cryptocurrency micropayments, at our published per-request prices. Each payment authorizes a single request and cannot be reused for another. All payments are on-chain transactions and therefore final and irreversible. No refunds are available. You are responsible for gas fees associated with payment and for ensuring correct payment configuration before making requests.
Card billing (API keys). Requests made with an API key are billed through Stripe, our payment processor, to the payment method on your account.
- Billing is usage-based and charged monthly in arrears at our published per-request prices. Usage is measured in credits, and 1 credit = $0.01 (US dollars): a
cached-okayrequest costs 1 credit, arefresh-pricesrequest 5 credits, and arefresh-holdingsrequest 10 credits. The gain/loss add-on (gainLoss=true) adds 10 credits to any of these requests, and is charged on every such request even when results for some coins are still pending or unavailable. Each page of transaction history costs 5 credits; the published pricing describes which pages are not charged. - By adding a payment method, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge it each billing period for your usage until you cancel.
- You control a monthly spend cap in the dashboard. Once your usage in a billing period reaches the cap, requests made with your API keys return HTTP
429until the next billing period begins or you raise the cap. - If a payment fails, access with your API keys is suspended until the outstanding balance is paid.
- Prices do not include taxes. Applicable taxes may be added to your charges.
- We will give account holders at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect for card billing.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and usage up to then is billed. The dashboard shows the date card billing ends; after that, requests made with your API keys return HTTP
402until you add a payment method again.
4. Operators and End Users
If you integrate the Service into a product, application, or automated system (including AI agents), you are an "Operator." Operators are responsible for: (a) ensuring their use complies with these Terms, (b) the actions of any automated systems they deploy that access the Service, (c) providing appropriate disclaimers to their own end users regarding the limitations of data obtained from the Service, and (d) not representing that data from the Service constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.
5. Data Accuracy
Data is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability. Data from third-party providers (CoinGecko, Alchemy, Moralis, Helius) may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. We do not independently verify third-party data. Data availability and accuracy may vary by blockchain. Gain/loss figures are estimates derived from transfer history; they treat every incoming transfer as a purchase and every outgoing transfer as a sale, including transfers between your own wallets, and are not suitable for tax reporting. We may add or remove supported chains at any time.
6. Scam Token Warning
Cryptocurrency wallets frequently contain scam, spam, or fraudulent tokens. The Service does not filter or verify the legitimacy of all tokens returned in responses. Inclusion of a token in API results does not constitute endorsement or verification. Token metadata (names, symbols, images, URLs) can be spoofed and should not be trusted at face value. You must independently verify token contract addresses and legitimacy.
7. Not Financial Advice
Nothing provided by the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Do not rely on the Service's output to make financial decisions. The regulatory landscape for digital assets varies by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use complies with applicable laws.
8. Data Usage
You may display or summarize API data to end users in the ordinary course of your application. You may cache API responses for short-lived use to reduce redundant requests. You may not: (a) build or maintain a persistent database from API data, (b) redistribute raw API data as a competing data service, or (c) use API data to train machine learning models without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DECISIONS MADE BY AUTOMATED SYSTEMS, AI AGENTS, OR SOFTWARE THAT CONSUME DATA FROM THE SERVICE. THE OPERATOR OF ANY SUCH SYSTEM BEARS FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR HOW API DATA IS INTERPRETED, DISPLAYED, OR ACTED UPON.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODSCAPE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHETHER PAID OVER X402, BY CARD THROUGH STRIPE, OR BOTH.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt the Service, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Service.
12. Modifications
Except for the notice of price changes described in Section 3, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms at any time. If you have an account, we may notify you of changes by email to the address on your account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
